is on the prestigious Hampton Lakes development which is
about 11 miles from Disney (20 minutes). Hampton Lakes is
a quiet area and our villa is in a Cul de Sac. It is in
the executive part of the development where the homes are
spaced further apart, also it is on higher ground than the
home behind and is therefore not directly overlooked.
The villa is a 5 bed 3 bath executive home
with games room, computer and free use of the phone, 3 of
the bedrooms are doubles (queen size beds), 2 with ensuite
bathrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms and a further bathroom. there
is a sleeper sofa in the front lounge to sleep an additional
2 guests.The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and also
has a seperate eat in area with table and chairs rather
than the usual bar stools. There are 2 lounge areas plus
a Dining room. Air conditioned living space is about 2500
square feet.
4 cable TV's, 3 VCR's, DVD player and a
midi hifi system should keep arguments about who watches
or listens to what to a minimum! Cable in 3 bedrooms plus
the lounge.
Also there is a computer with free high
speed internet access. Also wireless if you wish to bring
your own laptop. There are some games installed on the computer.
Free local, long distance and international
phone calls, no phone or credit cards required. Long distance
and international calls are available free through the broadband
internet connection, free calls to USA & Canada, land
line and mobile, United Kingdom 01 & 02 numbers only,
and landline calls to Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal,
Greece and Germany. All other calls are metered and will
be charged.

A crib and highchair are available
at no extra charge if required, also there are (last time I was
there!) 2 light buggies, (strollers). Rear doors are protected
by electronic alarms which sound when doors are opened, the alarms
are very loud and can be heard throughout the house. The front
door has a device fitted to the top of it to prevent not only
unauthorised access, but also stop children from opening the door
and leaving the home. Also there are plastic cups plates and cutlery
suitable for the younger guests.
The large private pool and jacuzzi
( not heated seperatley to the pool and is not a hot tub) are
set in an extended sun deck of 48' x 21', there is also a shaded
lanai area.
The garage has been converted to
an arcade style games room, with foosball, air hockey, basket
ball and roll-a-score games, most games rooms only have a pool
table, this in our opinion is not really what kids want.
We do not allow pets at the house,
our children suffer from Asthma and we need to keep their environment
free of any threat that may bring on an attack.
